Your stay at our holiday apartments in Scena/Schenna

Find here all the information you may need when staying at the Passerhaus Residence, your holiday apartments in Scena/Schenna:

• The prices do not include the local tax of 3.30 euro per person and day (above the age of 14).
• Südtirol Guest Pass, valid all the year long, is free for all our guests at Hotel Meinhardt & Residence Passerhaus, offering the use of all public transport in South Tyrol and much more.
• All apartments are equipped with kitchenette, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, dish washer, coffee machine, water boiler, cutlery and crockery, bed linen, towels, hairdryer and satellite TV. Upon request, we provide baby cots and high chairs free of charge.
• Passerhaus offers free Wi-Fi.
• In front of the house you find a little terrace with relax loungers. For our little guests, there is a small outdoor play area.
• NEW: You can store your bicycles safely and conveniently in a lockable room with us. For a fee, you can borrow our two e-bikes.
• The prices are for adults. For children from two to 13.9 years, we charge 10.00 euro per day with min. two adults. For an additional person, we charge 16.00 euro in our Superior apartment and 19.00 euro in our Deluxe apartment.
• The prices are for a minimum stay of three nights; with a stay of less than three days we charge a 10% supplement.
• The final cleaning valued at 50.00 euro is not included in the price. Upon request we also clean your apartment during your stay at the same price.
• The price includes one change of towels twice per week. Upon request we also offer a change of bed linen once per week.
• The Höfler bakery in Schenna offers a daily bread service.
• The price includes free entry to the spa oasis of our partner Hotel Meinhardt **** in Scena/Schenna (at a distance of 15 minutes’ drive)
• Upon request we also welcome dogs at an extra charge of10.00 euro per day (without food).
• Payment can be made in cash, by cheque, credit or EC card directly at Passerhaus. A bank transfer is also possible. It is also possible to transfer the remaining amount in advance. In case of short-term cancellations (up to 28 days prior to planned arrival), late arrival, or early departure we charge 100% of the total price.
• We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance; we will attach relevant information to your reservation confirmation.
• Reservations are only valid upon receipt of a written confirmation (letter, fax, e-mail) by both parties and a deposit payment of 20% of the total price.
• You can access Passerhaus with the access code you receive from us; we will deposit the apartment key for you directly at Passerhaus.
• The apartments are ready for you after 2 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments until 10 a.m. In case of arrival after 6 p.m. we kindly ask you to notify us via phone.
