Prices & Included Services

  • All prices are per person, per night, and include Meinhardt’s Half-Board Treats, service, and taxes.
  • Tourist tax: €3.80 per person/night (from 14 years) to be paid on site.
  • Wi-Fi: free throughout Hotel Meinhardt.
  • Weekly offers: prices apply for stays of at least 7 nights, including half-board, use of the wellness and pool area, and participation in seasonal events.

Rooms & Occupancy

  • Single occupancy of a double room: 35 % surcharge.
  • Price differences depend only on room size and location; all other services are identical for all guests.
  • Dinner not consumed: If notified by 12:00 pm, €15 will be deducted from the daily rate (not valid for weekly packages).
  • Room with breakfast: Half-board can be added optionally for €42 per person.
  • Dinner for non-guests: only by prior reservation; price upon request.
  • Please note: pets are not allowed.

Booking & Direct Booking

  • Bookings are only confirmed after mutual acceptance (in writing or by email).
  • We use a flexible pricing system to reward early bookings. The current price depends on availability and booking situation.
  • When booking directly, we always guarantee the best price.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Up to 40 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Up to 29 days before arrival: 50 % of the booked stay
  • From 28 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 70 % of the booked price
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (information included with your booking confirmation).

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: by 11:00 am
  • Arrival after 6:00 pm: please notify us by phone.
  • Early check-in / Late check-out: available on request and subject to availability, 50 % of the room price (dinner not included).
  • For organizational reasons, it is not possible to reserve specific room numbers or floors.

Payment

  • Payment methods: cash, EC card, credit card, check
  • Cash payment at check-in: 1 % discount on half-board prices
