• The prices are per person and day including Meinhard’s half board, service and taxes. The local tax of 3.80 euro per day and person (above 14 years of age) is not included in the price and needs to paid on site.  
• Our prices are "flexibleprices". The currently valid price is based on the available capacity and booking situation. We always guarantee the best price for direct bookings.
• Free Wi-Fi in the entire Hotel Meinhardt
• The prices of our weekly offers are per person and day with a minimum stay of seven nights including half board, excluding the local tax of 3.80 euro per day and person (above 14 years of age). The weekly deals also include free entry to the spa and pool area and participation in various events which vary according to season!
• Surcharge for the single use of a double room: 35%
• Price differences are due to differences in room size and location; all other services remain the same for all our guests.
• If you announce that you will not be eating dinner (until lunchtime), 15.00 euros will be deducted from the dailyprice (not valid for weekly flat rates.)
• When reserving a "room wiht breakfast" option, half board can be booked additionally for a price of 38.00 euros.
• Dinner for "non-house guests" only by prior reservation. Price on request!!
• Up to 40 days before planned arrival, cancellation is free of charge; up to 29 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price; in case of short-term cancellation (less than 28 days before arrival), late arrival or early departure, we charge 70% of the total price. 
• We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance; we will attach relevant information to your reservation confirmation.
• Payment is possible in cash, via cheque, EC or credit card. In case of cash payment we offer you 1% discount on our half-board rates.
• The rooms are ready for you after 2 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms until 11 a.m. In case of arrival after 6 p.m. we kindly ask you to notify us via phone.
• Early Check-in or Late check-out: possible on request if available. 50% of the daily rate (dinner not included).
• Out of organisational reasons it is not possible for us to reserve you a certain room number or floor. 
• Upon receipt of the written confirmation from both parties (via letter or via e-mail), the booking becomes binding. 
• We hope you understand that we do not allow pets at our hotel
