GENERAL INFORMATION:
- All apartments are equipped with a galley kitchen, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, bedclothes, towels, TV and a telephone.
- The prices stated apply to adults only. For children between the ages of 2 and 14 we charge €7 per day when accompanied by at least 2 adults.
- Prices are based on a stay of at least 3 days. For shorter stays a surcharge of 10% will be added to the bill.
- The final cleaning fee of €50 (categories A and B) and €40 (category C) is not included in the price.
- Prices include the use of the spa area (until 7th November) in our partner resort Hotel Meinhardt located in Scena, 15 minutes away by car.
- Dogs are welcome and are charged at € 5 per day. Please enquire in advance. Food is not included.
- Payment can be made in cash or by cheque.
- Reservations are only valid once a written confirmation (letter, fax, e-mail) has been received by both parties and a deposit of 20% has been paid.
- On arrival you will receive your keys in Restaurant Ofenbauer (50 metres in front of the Passerhaus on the left); on departure please leave them in the door outside.
- The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm. On your day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments by 10 am at the latest.
- We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance on your holiday. We will provide information regarding this with your reservation confirmation.
And when something unexpected happens? We recommend to make a travel cancellation insurance.
