Information on prices
The prices quoted are per person per day. Half board service includes breakfast buffet, choice of menu, salad buffet, choice of cheese for stays of more than three nights, otherwise there will be a supplementary charge of 10%. Prices include all taxes such as VAT, spa tax and service. There will be a supplementary charge of 25% for an additional bed in a double room. If we are informed before midday that the evening meal will not be taken, €uro 12.00 will be deducted (not valid for all-inclusive weekly rates)!
Reduction for children
Up to 2 years of age children are free of charge; from 2 to 6 years price per day is €uro 19.-; from 6 to 14 years €uro 25.-; from 14 years €uro 33.-. Reductions for children are only given for half board when staying in parents' room (2 full-paying guests).
Price reduction for long-term guests
We offer a reduction of 2% on all half board prices for minimum stays of 2 weeks (14 overnight stays)! This offer is not valid for all-inclusive weekly rates!
Paying
Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or credit card. There is a 2% discount for cash payments.
Other matters
Rooms are ready for occupation from 2 pm onwards on day of arrival; on day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. For administrative reasons we cannot reserve specific rooms or floors. Reservations are only fully binding after mutual confirmation (in writing or e-mail). Unfortunately we do not accept pets!
Cancellation conditions
Last-minute cancellations (21 days or less), early departure or late arrivals the room will be charged at 70% of the total price. (also for regular customers), as we will suffer a serious loss of business. We would appreciate your understanding on this very much . In order to reduce the risk from cancellations, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
